Who are we?
The Society Of Women Coders (SOWCoders) is a volunteer-run 501 (c)3 non-profit organization led by women working in Technology. Our mission is to encourage young girls from developing nations to opt for careers in STEM ( Science,Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) by conducting free coding, entrepreneurship & information camps for them in their home ground as well as virtually.

Access to Higher Paying Jobs
Part of our mission is to help young girls understand the importance of technology in the job market and how a career in technology can increase the likability of getting access to higher paying jobs.Higher paying jobs and Financial Security contributes to a more wholesome life, instills better community values and leads to happier families.
Technological Revolution
The fight of the future is about staying relevant.In next five to ten years most developing countries in the world will be blooming with Coding and technological jobs. It is the right time for young women to get more involved in STEM careers!
How We Solve the Problem?
About Our Sisterhood
We also work on building relationships with local organizations and creating a global network by assigning mentors to the girls that participate in our camps. The sisterhood helps them learn about the different fields of technology, make opportunities available to them and guide them in their respective careers.

Virtual Training
We conduct coding camps where women get hands-on experience in coding & STEM related projects.
Digital Literacy
We not only teach how to code but also basic computer literary skills so that disenfranchised have opportunities to get engaged.

SOWCoders provides mentorship after the camp for our alumni. Our mentors come from STEM
